P1111 - Throttle body actuator system stuck open

Owner of a 2005 V70 2.5T here, the other day I went to start it, the display showed : Engine performance reduced (Limp mode). Plugged in my obd II reader and it said P2111 Throttle body actuator system stuck open, I also felt air rushing our of the engine bay when I opened the hood and felt the engine shake at idle after 2 minutes of running, also can't go over 5 km/h.
I feel like the intercooler or intake hose is just disconnected but I'm not too savvy in the mechanical department with cars especially given the fact that the throttle body is located under the manifold.
Please help, I hope this isn't a super expensive fix, the car also has 350 000 kms.
