Default Power Steering Flush

I am experiencing power steering pump noise. Noticeable at low RPM during parking. Fluid level is fine. The vehicle is my partner's and she had a local garage fill it. I suspect the wrong fluid was used. What is the proper procedure to flush out the system? Is there any seals I should replace while I'm doing this?

The easy way is to get a turkey baster and fix a short length (4-6 inches) of tubing to the end. Use the baster to suck the reservoir dry then refill with correct fluid. Start the car, turn lock to lock 3 or 4 times then stop - repeat this about 3-4 times and you should be about 90% new correct fluid. Should take about 1 quart or so. When in doubt, go OEM fluids - most euro frliendly web stores carry it as well as compatible brands.
