I have a 2006 V70 manual transmission (316K mi) and the lower steering column u joint is shot. I have it partially disassembled, but can not remove the bolt for the steering rack/steering column joint. This is a NY car, so lots of corrosion and rusty steering rack shaft. Any suggestions?

Item 14 - I can reach with a 10 mm socket and 12" extension, but can not break it loose.
