Most likely there's a fault in the passenger airbag.
It's triggered by a self-check. If the resistance of the circuit is too low for more than 10 seconds - that code (SRS-0025) is displayed.
It usually means that the igniter is is knackered.
You'll need an avanced code reader to clear this.
Most likely one that's specific to Volvo or a special CANbus code reader.
