Can the snap clips be replaced on a cooling line where it goes into the radiator? Mine were old and crumbled. THe lines are fine, I see I can order the clip for a buck but wonder if its possible to replace them...

Yes. I'm assuming you are talking about the transmission cooling lines retaining clips. I replaced my radiator last year and ordered new hoses, retaining clips and seals for the replacement Niessens Rad.
