Default Windscreen Washer shenanigans

Hi all. New here.
So, I have a weird issue with the washers on 09 plate V70. Basically, when both rear and front pipes are attached to the pump, as they should be, the washers do not work on either front or back. However, if only the front is attached, and the rear outlet on the pump is blocked up, then the front works fine. At first I suspected a pump issue, so it's a brand new pump on there, no issues there. Then maybe pipes are blocked, blew every line out with compressor and same with jets along with blasting water through them. Issue persists. Put the back pipe on front outlet, works fine, front pipe on front outlet, works fine, both pipes on, nothing. I'm at a complete loss. Current solution, I've blocked the rear pump outlet. Cut the pipe, put a T-piece in and attached rear pipe to that, which works fine. All be it with slightly lower water pressure.
Any Ideas?

The pump spins one way for the front and the opposite way for the rear to spray. Is that happening? (power is reversed on the wiring to make the pump spin backwards)

Yep. When I had it out, had the intake in the bowl I used to catch the washer fluid to test the pump. Both front and rear work. Just, not when both pipes are attached.
