Different pump for windscreen and headlamp washers?
Hello everyone
Small issue with my C30 D2 from 2011. The windscreen washers as well as the rear one stopped working a few days ago. Presumably because the windscreen liquid was for as low as -4 and we had days with less than that. The curious thing is that the headlamp washers work just fine.
After trying all the tips and tricks I found online I got stuck with a question. Are there different pumps (and reservoirs) for headlamps and the rest of the system? I know Volvo did this for other models but I can't find a definitive answer for this particular one. That would at least mean that my washer pump is fine and the problem lies somewhere else (maybe the hozes are still frozen or something). There are no indications of a separate reservoir or filler cap in the engine bay and the owner manual does not specify a second one, but finding a "headlamp washer pump" on ebay and the abovementioned problem suggest the contrary.
I am looking for a definitive, 100% certain answer, and if anyone knows it would be greatly appreciated.

Is this the case for UK cars as well? I probably should've mentioned that.
