105K service & timing belt replacement, now oil leak; likely cause?
Good Afternoon All;
Took our 2005 XC70 back to the dealer from whom we purchased the car (used), and who has performed nearly every factory service since new.
Had the 105K service performed, and the timing belt replaced (original).
Now the car is dripping motor oil from off the bottom of the A/C compressor housing. Looks dry around the crankshaft pulley...
Any suggestions on what they may have done to cause this problem? The car was leak-free up until now. I'll be on their doorstep first thing Monday morning, but would like to show up educated with what the root cause may be.
Thanks in advance,
Dave

You sure it's oil and not power steering fluid? To do the belt, the power steering reservoir is moved out of the way. The clamp on the suction hose at the pump might need to be tightened. The hose is a common source of leaks anyway, even without disturbing it's position during other work.
