2003 xc70 fcc # location in car for key remote fob

Bought a Cross Country with no remotes and the dealership doesn't know the FCC#. They say the remote part # is 8685150 but that is half the battle. Any d help, direction, pics, diagrams would be appreciated!!

You can't use used remotes. They need to be new in original packaging, which has the codes on it for programming.
