there's a fairly short list of suspects here - 1) cam seals and VVT gear. rear seals are on the drivers side up top, front and the VVT gear are under the timing belt cover. 2) main seals. Front main will drip out the bottom of the timing belt cover, rear by the transmission housing 3) turbo return line seals. For a $.10 part, this wins the prize for making the most mess. You need to pop off the turbo heat shield to have a look (there's a metal tube from the turbo back into the block) 4) oil cooler lines - your pic with the square box suggests these are good 5) PCV tubing/oil trap. this is all under the intake manifold. The PCV system needs to be checked whenever there's an oil leak issue as a clogged PCV will build crankcase pressure and push out even good seals (particularly cam seals). You should test for PCV pressure (try the rubber glove test - RobertDIY vids are on youtube).

Given oil drips down the engine, you may want to clean the engine as best you can and then see where the newest flows are. You may need to remove the airbox to get a look at the rear cam seals and some of the PCV tubing, and remove the timing belt cover to inspect the front seals and the VVT gear for leaks.
