Exclamation Abs failure + traction control system error

I have a 2005 xc70 volvo, and my front right caliper wont fully release. I already replaced that caliper, but it did nothing to help the problem. Here is what I've seen and know.
3 weeks ago my Traction Control system light started popping up, and I can hear the car making a gear slipping sound. I just assumed it was traction control trying to correct itself, and that this is nothing to worry about.
A couple days ago, I was driving down the road and head a loud ping under the car and then my ABS brake system failure lights came on. Immediately after that my red check engine lights came on as well. I began to move forward and noticed my car was having a hard time building speed. I soon noticed that my front passenger caliper was not fully releasing. I'm able to stop well, I just can't accelerate as normal due to the lack of decompression. I started doing my own research and seen that some people just disabled the ABS system. However, when I tried to pull the ABS fuse the problem got much worse. Now both calipers where not decompressing and my Rotars turned hot and black after 10 minutes of driving in town. I cant afford to spend money to have a shop replace my ABS system, but I also cant afford to miss any more work. Please, any ideas would be much appreciated. Thanks
