Fuse 17 Repeatedly Blowing
I have a new (to me) 2009 Volvo XC70 and yesterday after work I go out to the car and the window buttons aren't going down on the driver's side. All other windows were going down fine (using buttons on different doors). I check the fuse and #17 is blown. I get two new 7.5A fuses but both of them immediately blew when I tried to insert them (I could see/hear the fuse blowing). The car was off when I was doing it. The fuse also controls -
Overhead courtesy lighting,
Control panel driver's door/
Power passenger seat
Any advice on moving forward? Thankfully the drivers side window is only open a little bit so it's not the end of the world at the moment. Is it most likely a short?

Okay, I looked into this a bit more.
I recently moved and have been messing with the passenger power seat- moving it back/forward a lot. Is it likely that a wire somehow got damaged while doing this? Would it be worth taking out the seat/removing all the electrical from it and see if the fuse still blows after doing that?
