hard starting / vibration issues

been working on my 2002 Volvo v70xc 2.4 turbo since October, almost done. Last 2 issues are occasional hard starting and vibration above 30 mph when accelerating. New fuel injectors, coil packs, had cleaned throttle intake, spark plugs are new and correct, 57 pound fuel pressure, new fuel filter, good 89 octane gas, new cam sensor, cleaned cam reset valve, all suspension good, tires aligned and balanced, but I get code camshaft position sensor fault, could be timing belt off a tooth. I heard that the camshaft reset valve could cause a vibration, if so, then it is probably off a tooth, because had put a motor in car this past winter, and could see that happening. Is this where I should be going next, can that cause my pulsating of steering wheel when accelerating? Is this a easy fix? Thank you
