Default Im looking to buy a 2006 Volvo XC70 with 130K miles

Hello,
I have been looking for a car to go skiing as my car is a bit risky for the task. I came across a 2006 XC70 and reading online how well they handle in the snow has got my interest. My parents also have an old 850 that still runs. I am wondering how reliable are these cars and what should I look at when I go to check it out. I will be taking it to a Volvo dealer to get it inspected before buying. Looks like it needs a timing belt as I don't see a replacement on the carfax. Also, it was hit by an animal, however, no airbags and the damage looks repaired.

Here is the carfax: https://www.carfax.com/VehicleHistor...o%2FyjZZ6ddVqg

Joegolden, you said: "... higher miles that I am selling cheap. It's on NW ga Craigslist. Under 2000 bucks and it's nice just have a stupid CEL I can't track down.( " The stupid CEL I can't track down" that's problems can lead to more problems {mean more money to dump in the car and your car had 240K miles) I bought an 07 XC70 with 177K miles, Run excellence, with all the options only few minor exterior fixed and no CEL. for $1700. Want to sale the car fix the problem before you sell or at least tell people exactly what wrong so they can weigh in the cost before they make decision to buy.
