There is a (very) loud rhythmic ticking/clicking sound coming from my dash. This weekend I replaced the steering wheel (not the panel, just the actual wheel) and just double checked all the connections. The noise is coming from either behind the instrument panel or the vents I think. It is there when it’s idling and when I’m driving. It doesn’t change with speed or with the fan/heat being on or off.

any ideas?
