Default Shakes under load at highway speeds

My new (to me) 2006 XC70 2.5T exhibits some pretty significant shaking at around 95 kph when accelerating slightly up hill. The shaking disappears once I've crested the hill and back off the gas.
Some have suggested CV joints (drive shafts) are the most likely culprit. Others say it might be engine mounts. Still others have offered that it might be the prop shaft bearing.
I can't afford to be trying different options until solved. Anybody else here had similar issues and what was the solution.

Thanks
Al Craig

Bought a new driveshaft from Sydney Drive Shafts and had it installed by Penrith Volvo. Things are so much smoother now. Also had the software updated while there.
