Default Won't start - cold mornings

Hey guys need help over here if you guys know anything how to fix it please let me know.
I got this 02 volvo xc70 121,000 miles on it and just in the winter and singles digits outside my car just don't wanna start.
And if I get it starter I need to warm up my car like every 4 hrs. But if i let it sit for more then 8 hrs. It just won't start again till temperature rise up.
This is a video on youtube that i saw on a volvo S60 but this car and mine does the same exact problem. Here is the link.

Did you try replacing the engine coolant temperature sensor? Not an expensive part - I'm replacing the ECT sensor and thermostat on my S40 this weekend - $20 for the sensor (after-market) , $15 for the thermostat from FCPEURO...
