I have just bought a 1973 Volvo 144 De Lux, I am putting it on club rego, just needs some minor things fixed 1st.
One of these things is the choke cable, the inner cable has a qsuare rod at the dashboard end, this rod fits into a copper looking tube that is crimped onto the outer casing, my prob is, the rod has come all the way out of the tube and I cannot get it back in, I have the cable out of car, neither inner or outer is broken, is there a trick to getting this rod back in?
