Default Choke Problem or What?

I have a 1985 DL B230 engine. Sometimes, in the morning, after I start the car and let it warm up, when I go to take off it runs very sluggish like the choke is stuck on. After I pull over and turn the car off, and wait for 45 seconds, and then restart the car, everything is fine and the car runs perfectly.

I have already changed the O2 censor.

I have no idea what the problem is. Any input would be helpful. Thanks.

It could be something as simple as the fuel filler cap. If your's is original it's due for replacement.

check connections on coolant temp sensor for fuel injection (not the one for the gage) corrosion here leads fuel injection to think it is colder than it is requireing longer injection pulse. Possibly bad sensor.
