460 Volvo Timing Belt or Chain?...
As I said in the Intro Thread, I'm about to buy a 1995 Volvo 460, diesel...could anyone tell me if it has a timing belt or timing chain, and if it's an interference engine or not? Thanks in advance

I wish I knew and could help you . That model was not avalible here in the U.S..
But for the most part I know almost all diesels are interference engine's.
I think the 460 is like the 850. If that is the case it should be a timing belt.
