Torque Spec for late B20 Crank Pulley?
I am rebuilding a late Volvo B20 engine that uses a cast iron crankshaft pulley. I can only find torque specifications for earlier B20 engines that use the pressed steel pulley and the manuals give a torque setting of about 60 ft lbs. I am using the 8 bolt flywheel style crankshaft that has a slightly longer front snout than prior B20 and B18.What is the correct torque setting for a cast iron crankshaft pulley on a 1974 Volvo B20 engine?
Thanks for any help on this.
