Does anybody have an XC60 and a large dog?

Our 100lb rottweiller/german sheppard fits pretty well in our C30 with the seats down, and according to the specs, the XC60 with the seats up only has 3cubic feet less cargo space then the c30 with the seats down...

We have a kid on the way so were gonna need a car that can fit the dog in the back with the seats up, and a carseat at the same time.

the XC60 looks like it fits the bill, but i was just wondering if any other xc60 owners with large dogs could tell me what they think

 

also - im doing more reading and it looks like that bull**** "city safety" is standard on the xc60.

can you disable it? that may be a deal breaker for me
