I unhooked the battery terminals to clean them and put on the anti-corrosive pads and when i reattched them the radio is unrepsonsive. The car works fine and the clock reset. The antenna goes up and down as normal but the radio says "off" even when u turn it on. I also have a cd changer in the trunk but i cannot access the radio or any component. If I push a number on the radio it displays that number but nothing happens. The volume and all buttons do nothing. Please help!

 

You need to get the proper radio code from your local dealer.
Then leave the car in the first position with only the radio on. Wait for it to change from OFF to CODE. Then enter the 4 digit code they gave you. If you see EEE after entering the code take the radio to the dealer and have them get it by the radio serial number.
Tip if you have a trickle charger leave it connected while leaving the key on.
Also you might need to show proof of ownership to get the radio code.

 

Yup call dealership and ask for the radio code. More then likely they will ask for your VIN to verify.
