Question After body work, left hi-beam doesn't work 97 850 Sedan

Hey y'all, I have a 1997 850 (non turbo) sedan, and after hitting a deer and getting some body work done from my local body shop, the Hi-beam on the left side no longer works. I've checked fuse, headlight assembly, connection and tried different bulbs with different assemblies. I assume the wire has been cut somewhere, and would just like to know if anyone has any 'common' tear, or rip points that I don't know about as I'm relatively new at DIY repairs in general. Any help would be appreciated!

I'd love to tell you it's the green connector by the "thing" but there really isn't just an area to check that I've seen any threads on.

From the wiring diagram it's a blue wire that should have a 15a fuse in the circuit. All I can think of is taking a test light and tracing that wire back. Hopefully there is a break in the wire someplace around the radiator support.

If it was working before the accident my guess would be they may have disconnected something on purpose while replacing parts and forgot it or didn't see it or maybe something got cut
