Amplifier Mounting Advice...
I would mount in the trunk either on the back of the seat or up under the Hatshelf.
Unless it is a Wagon.
A wagon I would mount it to the Speaker box. Or under Seat.

depends if you are bothered about space you can either have it laying flat in boot or vertical against bulkhead, or even on the actual sub box aslong as the heatsinks have room to breath (so amp dosnt overheat) heres some ideas

I was thinking of doing inside the trunk, but I can't seem to find a good place for it yet.
I thought the seat backs were built with wood or something but I came to find out the carpet/backing is cardboard-like. Doing the hatshelf is a little difficult because of the amp being wider than the shelf. I can't really mount it vertically in the boot because I can't go through the wall or I need some sort of piece to stand it vertically.
(It's a sedan btw)
EDIT:
I don't know if you meant upside down on the hatshelf or on the floor--but I'm concerned that not only does the floor-mount require drilling, I'm not sure how I would keep the thing down properly without getting to the other side, and I may hit something I don't want to hit.
