Is the HU-613 a CD-changer?

Is the HU-613 a CD-changer?

I really wonder, because the manual says that it is, but when I inserted a CD, I could not insert another one on top.

Am I missing something here?

HU 613 is a single CD player. I think it has the hook up on the back where you can add a changer though.
