Im thinking of replacing my HU with an aftermarket model. I found the harness and the install kit. Im just wondering if it will work with my factory amp.
And about the amp, I was thinking of maybe not sure but maybe getting a 4x100 factory amp to replace my 4x60.

Oh, its a 2001 C70 with sc 816 4x60 amp.

 

Hi everyone, new to this site and a first time volvo owner as well, i have a similar issue as well. I just bought a 2004 S60 2.5T AWD with what i think is the premium sound system. {HU-613, 2 rear deck speakers, 2 rear door spkrs, and 3 way spkrs up front}
What i would like to do is put my Pioneer flip out dvd deck in along with a new 4ch amp, 1 12" sub and 1200w mono amp. My question is if i do so will the electornix be affected? This is too nice of a car for me to screw around with and i dont want hockey puck messing up my ride. Please help!

P.S. I Really enjoyed the "You know you drive a S60 when" Post. I had my car for about 4 months now and everything listed I've experienced.
