Need some advise on Engine Replacement!!!!
Help with some Advice!
My brother has a 1998 Volvo C70 and it needs an engine replacement. He basically blew it up and the timing belt damaged everything. We live in Peterborough Ontario, and would like to have some advice on what to do!!! Our options are to get the Engine Rebuilt,(if so where is a good place in Toronto) or buy a used engine or buy a crate engine.(is this even possible?) Any help would be great,

I replaced an engine once on my GTI. Had a buddy in the used car business and he got me a used GTI engine that ran like a top, installed for about $1200. Mind u I got a good deal from a friend but it sure beat a rebuild or new engine.
