Default Quick E-fan questions

I have a e-fan off a 89 dodge shadow i think will work just fine the wiring isnt the problem it is if i am to remove the belt running the OE fan as well i would think it would be running something internaly but im unaware.
Also what kind of gain would i be looking at after installing this.

You just remove the Fan and install bolts instead of the studs and keep the pulley on.
That pulley runs the water pump.

You may gain 2 HP.

No problem.
If you can post a pic of it once you completed the job.

If you do it nice and hide the wires and it looks good/safe it should not affect the safety inspection at all.
