How do I turn my default setting to not get an email everytime someone posts in a thread I post in? Obviously I unsubscribed to the thread, but do I really have to unsubscribe everytime I post in that thread?

I just need to know how to change my default settings to not subscribe everytime I post something.

 

under options in the user control. change the subscription to off.
