Hi follks. I've searched but came up blank.
My wife has an 01 C70 with a Viper security/remote start. Is there some deep dark secret to get the trunk release operational? We've got the factory trigger wire. Confirmed it by tapping to a ground and the trunk releases. Connected to the Viper control and nothing. Confirmed it with a meter and it does close the circuit. Thought maybe a poor ground so connected through a separate relay and its own ground. Relay latches, circuit goes to it's own ground and nothing.
Any help is appreciated.
