1993 Volvo 850 GLT Seat Belt Issue

My driver's side seat belt receiver isn't locking the seat belt in. Is there a way to fix this or do I need to replace it, if so, how do I take it out?

Pretty easy to find in the junkyard. I have had several go bad. The attachment varies a little, so I am afraid to say how it's connected. You'll have to take the seat out to see.
