How do you disconnect the transmission coolant lines into the radiator? Appears to be some sort of connection with o-rings? Trying to replace the radiator...and the replacement radiators which I have seen in the auto parts stores have screw-in fittings.

You may have to unscrew the line nipples from the old radiator and install them in the new radiator.
