2001 v70 brake problem

2001 v70 brake problem
Stored the vehicle for 3 months, everything was fine. Backed the vehicle out of garage; brake pedal goes to floor. I have good pedal when not running. Master cylinder shows no leaks and fluid level is up. Brake booster or check valve? Anyway to verify problem? Too expensive to try the " trial and error method". Thanks for any suggestions.
