Default 2006 V70 Transmission concerns

My 2007 V70 transmission has been behaving a little strangely lately, and I'm concerned that some serious problem may be developing:
On a few occasions, after being in neutral for a bit, or being turned off while waiting at stop lights, the car hesitates to get moving in first gear initially- a lot like being in Winter Mode, More gas is required to get the car moving, but then it seems to get itself together, and operate normally.
I did a 3X transmission fluid change 3 years ago at 107k miles, and the car only has 118K miles on it now (Yes, Covid-19 reduced my driving even more than I normally don't drive it!) I do a lot of coasting into lights, etc., and then shifting back into drive again. Is it possible that I'm damaging the trans by doing that? I also used to downshift to help braking in the past, but I stopped doing that years ago!
I'm considering another trans fluid change, but it seems unlikely that that's the problem after only 3 years and 11K miles.
Any input would be highly appreciated. This forum has been invaluable in the past, and I'm optimistic that someone will have some valuable knowledge or experience to share! Thanks!

Dunno if this will help but a while back our 2000 S40 developed some odd shifting behavior. I did the shifter row to no avail (park to lo to park which can scuff up the PNP switch contacts) but removing the TCM, cleaning the contacts and reseating the connectors did the trick and that was 3 years ago.
