Hi all! Thanks for the help/advice. I am a new Volvo owner--2009 v70. Love it!

However, about once or twice per week when I hit the push button start the car tries to start and doesn't. Then, always on the second attempt, it fires up fine. Or...the first attempt seems like its going to fail, takes a few seconds longer than normal, and then fires right up.

I am not sure if this is normal or anything to be concerned with. I don't want me or my family to get stranded. Any advice? Can my local shop handle this issue or will I have to drive two hours to the Volvo dealer? What could the problem be?
