Our S60 T5 has been having problems since we got it. We've already had to replace the computer module, and it's in for service again because the Bliss system, backup camera, and heating/cooling fan were all messing up.

The dealer said that the blower motor and other updates were all covered by warranty, but that the computer coded for something underneath the passenger seat, and that the wires look like they were chewed by a dog or a small animal. This is my wife's car, and she doesn't even allow any food or drink in the car, much less an animal! The dealer suggested a rat or squirrel or dog, but I don't see how that would be any way possible. Have any of you guys run across something like this?

Being underneath the seat, I'm more inclined to think maybe the wire was rubbing the seat wrong or something, but the dealer said it's damage not covered under warranty, and I'll have to pay the $390 to replace the part.

Any thoughts, suggestions, ideas?
