Greetings,
I have not been able to locate my transmission filter on my 850 non turbo. does it have one? also my trans has been slipping for some time now. the car does not like cold starts. the arrow will start flashing on the dash if the car is not properly warmed.
I notice on a prevoius post someone mentioned a "pnp"can someone tell me what this is? I also may have to change the trans, are there any reputable used trany dist out there i'm in Ca.

There is no filter in the tranny on your car.
The PNP is located where the cable attaches to the top of the tranny.

 

I would try a bottle of Lucas Oil Stop Slip before you dole out the $$ for a new tranny. Mine was slipping and with the additive it has only slipped once, about a week after I put it in. So far so good, with fingers crossed.
