Default 97 Volvo S90 power seat stuck

Howdy ! I wanna know if anyone knows where I can buy a power seat drive cable (for back and forth) for a 97 Volvo S90 OR is there a way to fix the original. The problem is that only one side of the seat moves while the other side is stuck. My wife normally drives the car and the "stuck" seat position is fine for her but I need a lot more leg room. I'd sure appreciate any help. Thanks

I have heated the metal sleeve many times and pushed the outer shielding into the sleeve more. That shortens the outer sleeve making the center part of the cable go back into the motor.
After heating and pushing it in push the switch to move it and drop the cable into the motor.

Thanks for the speedy reply ..I haven't tried to take the cable out yet.. is it difficult to remove/replace? Any special tools needed?

I do it in the car using a mini torch and long needle nose pliers.

Work slowly and be careful and you should be fine.
