Hey everyone ive been having some weird issues with my 98 s90 ive looked everywhere and cant seem to be able to find a answer hopefully one of yall could help me out.
A few months ago my car drove perfectly fine then for some reason it started driving rough (hard shifting etc.) so i checked trans fluid and it was low so i filled it back up then it started driving fine again only issue was the car stopped going in reverse. Every Time i shifted to R it kicked alil bit and felt like i just put it in park. But here recently i was on my way home then all of a sudden while im driving i hear some noise and my car felt like it went from D to N and wouldn't do anything but rev so i tried shifting threw all the gears to see if any of them would drive and now the only gear i got is reverse park and neutral. no drive no way to drive forward but now i can reverse again? Ive tried adding new fluid and some lucas stop leak/slip but still nothing.
My transmission fualt light isnt blinking nor is my check engine light on can anyone help me out?
if it helps the car has 260k miles on it (i know its alot guy i bought it from ripped me off) and i havnt even had this car for a year
