Hi,

I own a 2004 V60 that was in the shop on Nov. 7th with 65,492 miles. I thought the car had a warranty of 100,000.00 miles as I purchased it as a pre-owned vehicle. Unbeknownst to me, the warranty was 6 yrs or 100,000.00 miles whichever came first. I learned to day, with my car having 67,068 miles that the warranty expired 11/30/2010. Is it possible that the angle gear can go within 1576 miles. Would Volvo have seen this problem in Nov. Has anyone had similar problems with warranty issues. Please advise.
