Default V60 Buying. Is this normal for a V60

Hi,

Today I was looking to trade in my S80 (2005) for a V60 2012.
What I noticed was this.

The engine (1.6) sounded kinda like this

Is that normal. Maybe it is, and I'm just used to a 5cyl

I also found the gear shifter a bit...like you have to push it place.
It goes perfectly to neutral, it shifts smooth, no weird sounds or anything.
It just feels like you have to push the shifter in a notch or something. Bit hard to explain. You can not hear the gearbox, but you can hear the shift goes in place.

Maybe this is normal too, guess just used to a AW55 gearbox.

Can anyone advice?

thanks

We have a 2015 V60 Drive-E but it's a 2.0L turbo which I thought was the standard(and only) 4 cylinder. It does rattle a little bit but you really don't hear it inside the car.

Oops. I didn't see that you were looking at a 2012.
