Default Anyone know how to reset service needed light on an '03 S60 - Dealer wants to charge $30

I have a 2003 S60. My wife just had the car at the dealer for a warranty repair on the emissions system due to a letter we received from Volvo. While there she asked them to reset the "service required soon" message on the dashboard as I've gotten the oil changed somewhere else. They wanted to charge her $30 (or as they call it 3/10 hr labor) to reset the message which to me is a rip-off since the price for an oil change is $40. 3/10 of an hour is 18 minutes and I doubt very much that it takes more than a couple of minutes to reset the message and I think it's pretty lame for them not to reset it since other warranty work was being done on the car.

Does anyone know how if there's an easy way to reset this message or is the dealer the only one who can do it?
