Looking for any information of the whereabouts of Victor Rocha

I used these forums to get info regarding my faulty ABS on my V70. It was suggested that I send my unit to Mr. Rocha for refurbishment. I went to his website, emailed and felt satisfied that he would be able to help me out. I sent him my unit, which eventually he told me that it tested ok - I paid him via paypal a month ago, and have not received it, or heard from him for over a month now.
Perhaps he is sick?, away.., anyone have any info - would really like to have the unit back as it's obviously expensive and now been off my car for over 2 months???

I've heard nothing but good things about Victor. I used him several months back to rebuild an ABS unit and it was quick and painless; 2 months does not sound like his usual routine. I'd start hounding him...he deserves it if it has been that long and especially w/ no communication.

 

He just responded to an email from me a few days ago, fyi.

 

WARNING ABOUT USING VICTOR ROCHA!

The ABS unit on my 1998 XC70 AWD was not functioning. I sent it to Victor Rocha in December of 2017, he tested it and told me it was fine in January of 2018, and that he was going to send it back to me. To this day (May 29, 2018)—after sending multiple emails, a letter and voice mails—he still still hasn't returned my ABS unit.

He refuses to call me back, email me, or contact me in any way. I had my mechanic finally reach him by phone and he claimed he didn't know anything about it but would look into it and call him back. That was several weeks ago and he hasn't called my mechanic back, and we try to call Victor again, he sends our calls to voice mail.

I have email documentation of his 'limited' communication with me.
