boot key

Hi there I have a volvo s60 d5 o5. The problem is that the boot wont close. I would like 2 know has anyone ever came upon this problem before and what can be done about it. I hope someone out there can help me.

Is the boot the hood or trunk?

regular key won't turn, valet key will
