I have a 2004 volvo xc70. Very recently I went and got my timing belt and water pump replaced, as well as the cam adjusters (I have no idea if this is related, but I'll throw it in). Three days later, my low beams don't work. My high beams and running lights do.

I have checked the fuses, and they are intact. I have checked the bulbs, and they are fine too. I pulled down the CEM and checked the relays and shunts, and those are in working order.

We tested the current at the fuse boxes, and those fuses have no current running through them. Any suggestions for my next move?
