Cam timing 1999 V70R 2.3L Turbo with VVT

Sorry to jumnp right to the details, but can anyone help me with settig cam timing on this engine?

What exact info do you need?

A little more info will go along way.

Did you remove the head?

Are you just changing the timing belt?
