Hi All!
I have not owned a Volvo, but several of their crossover offerings have caught my eye. I just saw that Volvo has expanded their Care by Volvo line up. As someone who enjoys a new vehicle every couple of years, this gets my attention. I have a few questions for those that have participated in the program or have done significant research:
1.) I know that taxes and registration are not included in the price stated on Volvo’s website. It says this information is provided right before you sign for your vehicle. Is there anyway to estimate this ahead of time? I think this is information that is important to have during the research process.
2.) if you have a vehicle to sell/trade-in, are there any options through Volvo? Or do you just need to sell it outright?
3.) My interest lies in an XC60 or XC90. Currently only momentum trim levels are available through Care by Volvo. Has the intention to bring some of the higher trim levels been announced anywhere?
4.) The subscription models are limited as far as options or colors. Any idea if you can pay out of pocket for additional options? For example, the XC90 momentum subscription option comes with the base stereo. The upgrade to the Harmon Kardon stereo when buying is $800. Could someone pay the $800 out of pocket for the upgraded stereo?
