Question Changing the factory stereo in a XC90!

Hi guys!

I got a fairly simple question but i expect an complicated answer

I have replaced my factory stereo with a Pioneer AVIC-920BT.
I bypassed the amp, and all i good the system is working perfectly.
The issue i got is that i need to keep the old changer connected to the fiberoptics to get RTI and Park Assist to work. Anybody got a suggestion on how i can get rid of the player but still get these units to work? Is there som kind of adapter to put on the end or some other tricks?

I have an XC90 2005 model.

Hi ...just wondering if you tried the optic loop and if you got the park assist working with this or another method. I am replacing my stereo and have ordered this loop in hope it'll do the trick.

Cheers

Jo
