I have a Volvo XC40 and iphone 14 Pro Max. The wireless charger of Volvo doesn't charge my phone. I asked Volvo service. They made the software update but it didn't help. When I remove the Volvo's plastic cover on the wireless charger, it charges my phone. Therefore, I believe it is not a software issue, but related with the big camera of iPhone Pro, which lifts the phone up and increases the distance between the charger and the phone. Do you have any solution? Removing the plastic cover of Volvo on the wireless chargers is not a good solution, as it looks ugly and we may need protection for those electronics. When I asked Volvo customer help, they said that nobody complained about this before. Therefore, they couldn't help me. Am I the only person who has the wireless charger issue among the iPhone Pro or Pro Max users?
